RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WAKU DOKI CONTEST


  1. The "Waku Doki" contest ("Contest") is organized by Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited, ("Organizers").
  2. Participation in Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee, except for the applicable GPRS fee charged by respective telecom operators. To be eligible for the participation in the Contest, participant must be an Indian resident who has completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation in the Contest.
  3. Contest shall be open from 00:00 hours on 21st June, 2012 and close on 31st July, 2012 at 23.59 hours ("Contest Period"). Entries received after the closing of the Contest Period shall not be considered and the same will be invalid. Organizers shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible entries. Organizers have the sole and absolute right to close or extend the Contest by any time frame at their discretion.
  4. To get a chance to win the prizes, users will have to participate in the Contest via the Organizers Website (on http://www.toyotawakudoki.in) and complete the Contest successfully on the same platform; before the closing hours of the Contest Period.
  5. The organizers shall decide the final set of winners by selecting the best answers ("Final Winners"). The best answers from the users shall be entitled to the Prizes. All answers and data shall solely vest with the Organizers. A person shall not be entitled to more than one prize. The ranking of answers shall be solely decided by the Organizers.
  6. If more than one entry is received from the same user, either through the same medium or otherwise, only one such entry, of Organizers' choice, shall be eligible for participation.
  7. Names of Final Winners shall be posted on Organizer's website http://www.toyotawakudoki.in ("Website") at the end of each contest. Final Winners shall also be informed individually by emails or telephone calls.
  8. Organizers' decision in regard to Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
  9. Prizes received under Contest shall not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.
  10. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes. Winners who do not wish to receive such information may clearly indicate so in a communication sent to Organizers by recorded delivery.
  11. Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.
  12. Contest shall be subject to the laws of India, including tax laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable to Winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes to concerned authorities in respect of the Prizes as may be required by law prior to delivery of Prizes.
  13. Organisers offer no guarantee or warranty in respect of any of the prizes. The manufacturers, services providers, supplier of the Prizes alone shall be liable for any guarantee or warranty, if any.
  14. All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by the Organisers in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Organizers.
  15. All decisions of Organizers in relation to Contest shall be final and binding upon participants and Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
  16. Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be the subject matter of the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Ramanagar of Karnataka State only. Contest is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu.
  17. Employees of M/s Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited and/or their associate, subsidiary or joint venture companies and their respective immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in Contest.
  18. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
